Not just a start up kit. I’ve been a pleased customer for years and this is great value to get most of what you need. Also I like the new look and website. As for not having the pH control products, I’m glad it doesn’t — they are available separately if needed. Fortunately, I seldom need to adjust my pH.

Slightly disappointed this ‘starter kit’ isn’t really a get up and go starter. You have to buy the pH balance items as well. It was a bummer thinking I could get my hot tub up and running with this kit when I couldn’t.
