Are EcoOne products really safe for my skin, the environment, and pets?
Yes! EcoOne spa products are biodegradable, made from natural raw ingredients, and contain no chlorine or phosphate. No petrochemicals are used and they are free of dyes, perfumes, and fragrances. EcoOne products are made in the USA and are never tested on animals.
Are EcoOne products compatible with all types of spas and hot tubs?
Yes! Whether you have a portable above ground hot tub, a custom in-ground hot tub, an inflatable tub, or a DIY backyard hot tub or spa, our safe and all-natural products will work to keep your water relaxation ready.
How do I track my order status?
To view your order status log in to your EcoOne account. If you don’t have an EcoOne account, and have already placed an order, make sure you register for your account using the same email address you used to make your purchase. Once logged in you will see a list of all your orders along with their current status.
How do I change or cancel my order?

Does EcoOne offer any discounts?
We occasionally offer discount codes that can be used at the time of checkout. Make sure you sign up with your email to keep up to date.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free shipping on orders $30 or more while orders less than $30 ship for a flat rate of $8.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shipping time depends on the final destination but shouldn’t take longer than 5-7 business days under normal circumstances.
Where are EcoOne products shipped from?
All orders ship from our headquarters in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for exchange or refund 15 business days after delivery of the product. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. No returns will be accepted after 15 business days. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped please contact Customer Support immediately. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
