"I purchased this eco one spa monthly treatment as it was a 1 and done product. I also purchased the shock treatment. We drained our current hot tub cleaned it and refilled. Used the shock and the monthly product. . . used the hot tub twice within a week and the water is cloudy. All the water readings were below the required minimums and had to use more product to get it to clear up. I purchased this product as the normal hot tub chemicals are to harsh on my husband skins and causes irritations."

I am concerned about combining

"I am concerned about combining EcoOne products with bromine. When we set up our hot tub, we used bromine. We're new at this and we're having problems with PH levels, cloudy water and foam. I ordered EcoOne products because per Pacific Sands (manufacturer), they are compatible with both chlorine and bromine. I can't find any ingredient info on the EcoOne products and I believe that at least one of these products, the One Shock, has chlorine in it. From what I understand, chlorine and bromine cannot be combined. I called Pacific Sands for clarification, no one answered and no one returned my call. I haven't used any of the products for fear of a toxic chemical reaction. I can't get accurate info on them, so I was going to return them, only to be told by Amazon that they cannot be returned because they're "chemicals". When the manufacturer says they are "natural, no-toxic and safe". Frustrating."
